Do you love your team members enough?

Do you love your team members enough?

As leaders, we need to truly love our team members, and part of loving them is the ability to be honest with them.

When someone on your team isn’t working out you need to be able to say that to them, not only to keep your integrity, but to be fair to them.

The most unproductive leaders are the ones that say things like “I’ve got to give them 1,000 chances,” or “But they’re a really good person deep down, so I’m going to ‘put up’ with their insubordination,”

These things are used as excuses and passed off as ‘loving’.

It’s not. It’s actually harming them. Not to mention eroding the respect towards you from the other valuable employees who see it.

Your team members need to know that you love and respect them just as much as you love and respect yourself, meaning you’re willing to let them go when they are not a good fit for your business.

You need a system to help you show that to your team.

Proactive, Productive and Profitable,
